1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Your Loved: Bible Prayer (“Selah”, “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Your Loved: Bible Prayer is a faith-based mobile application that provides Bible encouragement, prayer, Scripture references, voice-based spiritual support, and personal journaling tools powered by an AI assistant named Selah. The App is designed for spiritual encouragement and personal reflection.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Tier: Includes limited daily AI prayer chats (3/day), voice prayers (3/day), and saved items (10 total).
Free Trial: A 7-day trial with full premium access, no credit card required.
Premium Plans: Monthly ($4.99/month) and Yearly ($39.99/year) plans with unlimited access.
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. You may manage your subscription and cancel at any time through the Manage Billing option in the App.
Refunds are subject to Stripe’s and applicable platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
Submit harmful, abusive, or threatening content.
Use the App to harass, defame, or harm others.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
Use automated systems or bots to access the App.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate Bible-based encouragement, prayers, and responses. While we strive for accuracy and faithfulness to Scripture, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or imperfections. AI responses are not a substitute for personal Bible study, pastoral counsel, or professional guidance.

7. Not a Substitute for Professional Help

THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING, THERAPY, MEDICAL ADVICE, OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by or licensed to Your Loved: Bible Prayer. Bible verses are sourced from the King James Version (public domain). You retain ownership of your personal content (journal entries, saved items) but grant us a limited license to process it for providing the service.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers, including saved items, journal entries, and conversation history. See our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Loved: Bible Prayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
